Urban development

During the technical inspection tasks, DIF Ltd. provides technical support and inspection during the projects of the Municipality of Debrecen. In addition to the development of economic zones, these projects also include urban civil engineering and building construction projects.

Within the framework of building construction projects, tasks include the construction and renovation of real estate properties owned by the Municipality of Debrecen, educational institutions, as well as buildings of the Municipal Social Service. The urban development activities include technical consultancy tasks related to the preparatory phase and technical monitoring/inspection during the implementation phase, to ensure efficient and professional progress.

In the case of civil engineering projects, which concern essential elements of the city’s infrastructure, the tasks include the construction, renovation and improvement of bicycle paths, roads and other public spaces, pavements, and utilities. The urban development activity also includes technical consultancy during the preparatory phases of projects and technical monitoring/inspection during the construction to ensure quality and orderly execution, thus contributing to the development and modernisation of the city.
