Future tasks:

Involvement in the management of major infrastructure and real estate development projects determining the future of Debrecen
Participation in the work of the team responsible for the development of industrial parks and urban infrastructure
Carrying out technical project management tasks under the direction of the technical manager
Review and comment on technical plans
Preparation, coordination, monitoring and reporting of the project schedule
Ongoing liaison with project stakeholders (client, designer, contractor, technical inspector)
Participation in technical, regulatory, design and construction meetings with key players in the sector

Expectations:

Higher technical education: civil engineer / architect / urban engineer / environmental engineer
We also welcome applications from young professionals and those with relevant professional experience!
MS Office, Archi- or AutoCAD, MS Project Project Management experience
Active conversational English (level B2) an advantage

whose expertise we need in the management of EU-funded tenders - in the preparation, content planning and writing of proposals,
